Its turn 100. Monica Tine is dragged into the room by an unseen force. In the room is nothing except Shaquille Pert. He is roaring and surfing, exactly as she remembers from last time, several turns ago. She looks at him, pity in her eyes. She can do this dance all day, but Shaquille Pert can only roar so many times before his vocal chords are shot. He can only surf so many times before his fingers become too pruned and uncomfortable. There is only one outcome, but he defies fate and keeps on roaring. That is just how it goes on Mantine Monday.

Incredible play with flygon. Great team. Love the flying + levitate theme with boltbeam and slidequake resists. Flygon gets great mileage with that set, Moltres is incredible and Mantine really surprised me

Hey Jim Mantine Monday is such a great day and video that I started watching it straight away when it came out got about 4 minutes through stopped watching made a mantine team and started playing, that mantine team was the first gen 3 team I ever built, I mixed in mantine and a few others with the Dune team that you used before and I’ve been playing gen 3 since then Jim I must thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me to break my masochistic addiction to Gen 5 ou + here’s a fun team for you Magcargo - yawn Poliwrath - water absorb, hp grass Jumpluff - encore Skarmory - spikes Gengar - spin block Hitmonlee - Rapid Spin Focus punch Mach punch Hp ghost The team is kinda weak to zapdos Spdef Magcargo Sleep powder Jumpluff Ice punch gengar Ice beam poliwrath lure are how I try to get around it Also thanks for making Gen 3 such a friendly community Also also I’m now gonna finish the Mantine Monday video

i don't understand this team at all, but funnily enough i don't think its mantine's fault (i like to use bulky gyara for a similar job, i use it on my superman stall team as well as in offense teams weak to metagross). it seems like it has no ways to make any progress against enemy walls, which suggests stall, but you're pretty weak defensively and rely heavily on blissey's aromatherapy which makes you fall apart even harder if it gets broken through. so you're forced to game every turn to achieve anything lol. if i were trying to use these 6 i'd ditch the stall and use offensive sets, or if i wanted stall i'd lose moltres and ttar coz they don't really synergise well, moltres gets destroyed by half the tier and ttar gets eaten alive by spikes

Christ that team is so passive. You have two offense generators in that entire team it’s literally just Tttar and Moltres. You don’t even have any setup sweepers or ways to kill Blissey without extreme amounts of luck and prediction.
