If someone imagines that S G‘s English is as good as Tharoor’s,its their lack of awareness of English language. S G takes time to translate his thoughts into English and the effort is apparent whereas Tharoor speaks like a native soeaker of English or even better. S G can certainly improve as he gets more opportunities to make use of English in his new position. Then Tharoor was abroad for many years and did a lot of writing in English and had ample opportunities as an orator too.
