Күн бұрынEmanuel David "Manu" Ginóbili Maccari is an Argentine professional basketball player for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is also a member of the Argentine men's national basketball team. He is one of only two players, along with Bill Bradley, to have won at least a EuroLeague title, an NBA championship, and an Olympic gold medal.

As the San Antonio Spurs entered the AT&T Center for what many assumed would be their last game of the season, a grim undertone played beneath the surface.
Manu Ginobili may be playing the final game of his lengthy NBA career.
The first part of the equation was decided - decisively - when the Warriors swept the Spurs for the first time since the 2000-01 season in the Western Conference Finals. Ginobili started Game 4, his first start of the season, and scored San Antonio’s first bucket. The Spurs would have needed 50 more points from him to keep up without Kawhi Leonard and Tony Parker.
Still, Ginobili did his best with 15 points and seven assists. When it was over, it sure looked and sounded like a finale.

One of the best, most fearless, creative, and dazzling talents ever to pick up a basketball. Sacrificed as much, or more, along the way of personal accolades and statistics as anyone ever has to win and compete for championships on a yearly basis, while making sure everyone on his team always got theirs. What more could you ask for in a teammate and player as a fan of the game? He had it all. Universally lauded and praised by his opponents and loved by his teammates, coaches, and fans all around the world, yet somehow still underrated. Congrats on the HoF, Manu - very few players were ever more deserving - you truly left it all on the floor every night of every game of every season you played...and by the way, you were undoubtedly one of the smartest players and greatest passers ever to lace 'em up - Larry Bird level basketball IQ and court vision for sure. Watching your highlights always brings a smile to my face without fail.

Manu.was fearless player going to the basket. It doesn't matter how tall or big the men defending against him. Manu finds his way to the basket, dunking left or right hand or using the glass. Manu is Manu..fearless.

I'm not a Spurs fan. I'm from Brazil (historical rivalry with Argentina). And I absolutely LOVE this ball player. No tattoos, no haircut, NOT ONE SINGLE over the top celebration! Even when it would be well deserved. What a LEGEND

One of the greatest passer and shot maker to every play the game. More importantly, he excelled in pressure moments and had great feel for the game. He was a walking highlight!!Top five shooting guard in his era period!!!

I remember there were times the Spurs made teamed look like high school programs because of ho much more polished they always looked. Their superiority and class was at best when manu was running around like this cause you could even really hate him cause he’s one of the most humble players.
