Great video, awesome tip with Le Dimmer 👌 I've been looking for something similar to Fancyzones for a while, ready to give this one a shot! Btw, does it support multiple layouts/canvas (ie. each group of windows acting as "one window")? And can you interact with it through e.g. batch/powershell/python?

In Windows 11 thats already fixed. But I have not found that function with Fancyzones but I use a tool called groupy for my windows 10 setup.

do you notice that fancy zone have one limitation , we can not set the resolution. I mean i have split the 4x4 then font are big like 720 on each area. every time i need to zoom out documents. its not easy

Yeah - tbh i don't use the 4x4 scheme on my laptop for example but just with my desktop - there, i solved that issue with a 42inch monitor.

can you save specific web pages and folders to each grid when you design the layout. For example i use wix to upload to clients so that be in one slot , a folder where images are kept, a section for quick books so i can log invoices etc so when you save this template so it opens all the folders and items placed in to each on as i regularly use the same folders and pages

This can adjust the resolution of a program to fit in those screens?

If the program allows for it yes. There are some programs who require a fixed aspect ratio and it will just put it into that corner but not adjust it as the program is sort of fixed widow size. For most programs it works exactly as expected. It snaps into the desired space.

@@aliencga you can only drag windows into the zones. Maximizing a window does always refer to the whole screen as the window itself does not have a notion in which zone it is. Just drag the windew with the mouse, hold shift and it should always snap right into the highlighted zone.
