Don't just assume the quality will improve by moving manufacturing to USA, a lot of parts will need to be sourced else where to remain competitive. 2.the cost of the same product will substantially increase, people are already struggling with cost of living, do majority of the population care if the product is made in China or USA as long it's same product? The answer is no, majority of the population could not care less. If developed countries still think to fix the manufacturing problem is as simple as moving it back to their own countries, I will say to you it's not that simple, there is many factors for the success of manufacturing.
