That's plasma torch. It's easy to cut any thick metal but less sophisticated than laser cutting.

Very good video, Except for the forging process that brought back memories of when I was a foreman in a US factory building very large steam turbines. My job was supervising a burn out area, heat treating and eventually a large shaft machining area. I don't miss the dirt, noise heat and 12hr x 6day work weeks

@@user-xf2nr2qe8b Потому что при литье, возможны скрытые структурные дефекты: пустоты, напряжения металла, неравномерность структуры металла. Тут даже после ковки, дабы убрать напряжения-делали отпуск. А при литье, проблем только больше. Ну и далеко не каждая сталь, подходит для литья.

Not much. It's the heat that does the cutting. Rapid local oxidation of the steel in the cutting path.

Just think during the night industrial revolution and early 1900. Massive engineering projects were undertaken that developed this process,, but used steam for the power source, and manpower not forklifts

Знакомая тема. Я с 1996 по 2005 год работал в кузнице в Нижнем Новгороде. У нас был чуть помощнее пресс. 2500 тонн/сил. Ковали коленвалы для дизелей морских судов и кораблей. (одна заготовка весила 11 тонн) А печь примерно такая же была. Манипулятор был на рельсах. Крутился по всем плоскостям.

Горючий газ батенька!! ☝👺На кислороде работает точно!! Инфа 148%, что кислород там точно есть!! 🤣 Без кислорода не разрезать стали. А почему нет варианта водород? 🤔 Боитесь охрупчивания стали? Так её отжигают в печи, лишний водород улетучится.

@@user-bv7yr6wy3h про кислород в курсе и учитывая темп-ру пламени скорее всего смесь А + К там около 3200 , у смеси П+ К темп-ра почти на тысячу холоднее, но сколько работаю с газом то обычно применяют П+К ибо это тупо дешевле (

Видео замечательное. А для особо продвинутых прокомментирую содержание, как технический редактор. Делаем технический разбор. Затотовка - сляб. Технология конца 19-го века. Кислородная резка заготовок - технология середины 20-го века. Ковка - технология конца 19-го века. Существенное отличие - заготовку крутит манипулятор. Раньше это делали три мужика. Токарная обработка - 19-й век. Хорошее производство. Продуманное. Но при честной конкуренции - очень уязвимое. Ничего другого здесь выпускать нельзя. А если завтра кто-то предложит свой вариант? Заготовки из круга будет делать? А так - красиво. Ну чистый Запад. Полный технологический отстой. The video is wonderful. And for those who are especially advanced, I will comment on the content as a technical editor. We do a technical analysis. Preparation - slab. Late 19th century technology. Oxygen cutting of workpieces is a technology of the mid-20th century. Forging is a late 19th century technology. A significant difference is that the workpiece is rotated by a manipulator. Three men used to do this. Turning - 19th century. Good production. Thoughtful. But with fair competition, it is very vulnerable. Nothing else can be released here. What if tomorrow someone offers their own version? Will you make blanks from a circle? And so - beautiful. Well, pure West. Complete technological crap.

These are being made for the climate saving wind turbines. The turbines will, allegedly, replace co2 generating coal power plants. How much co2 is produced in the mining, refining, smelting, trucking or rail transport, heating, forging, machining, installation and maintenance of this one component produce? Hmm??
