With my quick water separation technique, you can completely separate the water line at home without spending money on accessories and time to do it. This is a quick and safe plumbing technique. Its a good job, and a good idea but you can literally buy garden hose repair kits with the gasket and threaded ends for less than $10 Time is more valuable than $$$ You can never get your time back
