I'm curious - can that Shovel actually "dig"? Like dig a trench into the ground - or is it only capable of digging loose materials or digging the side of a hill or cliff?

en versatilidad y carga prefiero el dumper electrico Komatsu 980SE, pero con asientos alemanes Isri mas confortables. El problema del Cat 797F es el convertidor par y sus marchas.

Sorry, but there's no half pass. The operator put enough in the bucket to not get bollocked for short loading. That machine can load a 797 in 3 passes with that fragmentation.

no way mate disagree with you on that comment only three bucket pass have a look at the fill factor on the buckets there up there..the issue there why he didn't achieve weight is because that dirt would be light..

@@danielg5802 the largest CAT rope shovel {7495} can load a 400 ton mining truck in three passes! That is 133tons or 267000 lbs per dipper full. The CAT 6090 hydraulic shovel's bucket can lift 103 tons or 206000 lbs or 4 passes to fill a 400 ton truck. The 6090 has 29% more capacity, not a number to be sneezed at.

No las trasladan completamente … sino diseñan y la construyen por piezas, y realizan el montaje de la máquina en el lugar donde operará.

No se puede asegurar una buena voladura solo viendo la fragmentación, Se debe considerar otros factores más cómo: Estabilidad de talud post voladura, costos de explosivo utilizado,análisis de vibraciones, diseño, entre otros. Para obtener una buena fragmentación solo necesitas más explosivo, pero para una obtener una buena voladura necesitas considerar más factores.

4 1/2 passes in 3 minutes to fill a truck ... I don't see any advantage for working with such a gigantic excavator ...

It's the amount you have to deal with this is not no small time quarry were talking about here. This is a 24 hour business. They need machines that can handle low maintenance and produce huge amounts. Your not loading those dumpers with a small excavator. You need big machines like this machine.
