Made me smile on the first climb you cycling with one hand, filming and talking to the camera while overtaking lots of other cyclists :D Well done Ben, and all this so shortly after your London marathon - you're a machine!

As a cyclist coming the other way this was an interesting watch. I’ve lost no endurance fitness on the bike despite barely riding this year as I’ve run every day instead. The training definitely translates. Aerobically it did coming off the bike too, just the lack of impact robustness was harder that way.

tremendous scenes. what a sunrise over the bay to start, the rain shower, pandemonium (and dire straits!) at the aid stations, stunning scenery and smiles throughout. great adventure! :D
