The Marbles Fly Fisherman is a small knife designed many years ago for use while fly fishing. However, this handy little knife is a great tool for any angler's tackle box.

Pretty neat how they fit so many tools in such a slim knife. I hope SMKW have some of the Marbles made in the USA like Queen.

I believe they did make a couple of fixed blades in the USA. And they were similar to original Marble's knives. Limited runs that cost in the hundreds of dollars. It seems to me, it should be easy enough to do it again.

That certainly looks like a "must have" for a fishing tackle box! I find it very cool that you have such a depth and variety of traditional knives to share. Thanks for another great video!

JJ Cahill, it’s really a nice knife. It also holds up well. No doubt my knife collecting is an addiction. Thanks for watching. I’m glad you enjoyed the video.

A very nice knife. Agreed a bigger wider blade would be more useful

Yeah, SMKW does a great job at bringing back some fantastic, lesser known knives but I wish they'd also consider new takes on these knives It would be easy to ad a third layer and add a second, longer blade and maybe a magnifying glass or something. Thanks for watching. I always appreciate your input.

The hook remover tool is awesome when you learn how to use it . You put it in the bend of the hook pop the hook out without tearing up the fly .

Billy, I'm sure you are correct! I have seen numerous You-tube videos of people using them effortlessly! I think my problem is I've used needle nose pliers since I was a kid and and by the time I started fiddling with these, I was doing more harm than good so I just stick with the pliers, for the good of the fish. I should address this in a future video. My inability to use the hook remover is doesn't mean the tool is lousy. It just means I'm lousy at using it!

The other reason I find the file useful is that it can be used to sharpen hooks! I'm with you that the fish de-scaler isn't exactly the most useful tool for me, but the file DOES have a bunch of uses.
