Honestly, Marc did all the work in the kart race, he did a great job battling for the lead. Max just jumped in at the end with a big lead. Would love to see these two do a car/bike swap like Rossi and Lewis did, perhaps later in Max's career. Both of these guys are really amazing, been a real treat to watch their entire careers. Hope Max can continue his success for a long time, and really hope Marc can return to full health so he can get back to his normal level of riding.

I agree about both racers but not on that fans either hate or love them. If you're a fan of their sport than you can only love them imo. Both belong to a select few of most talented in their sport ever. Those that hate them don't love the sport but are fanboys / - girls of a single racer or team.

How much can change in one year... 2024 Marc on a Ducati and 2026 Max with Red Bull and Ford's own Power Unit.

Same for Max Verstappen. 2023 Max and Red Bull Racing allready beeing sure of both championships but Max still wanted to win every race till the end of the season and break more records. Max could set a new record in the last GP of the season ( Abu Dhabi ) but then had to go for a slower strategy. He could break the record of most laps lead in one season. They didn't go for the fastest strategy but for the new record with 1003 Laps in the lead and still won the race. I hope the Ducati will bring Marc his convidence back in the bike and with that the pleasure in racing. If not he will allways be one of my favorite riders because i will never forget how he often prevented an accident by using his knee or elbow to get the bike back upright from an impossible leanangle.

When's anyone crossed over from either discipline and been successful? Never gonna happen, just enjoy their respective greatest in different disciplines

@@mpreiss7780 I know it's not the same like the time when the Legend J. Surtess made the switch & written his name in the record books. I'm not expecting Marc to become great, just wanted to see him try to replicate what the legend did. Eventhough we know it's impossible now with all the technology in the car right & of course the way it works.

@@mpreiss7780 it depends if he still continues to race in MotoGP. If he decides to continue after 32 years old. It's done. Shame though, it should have been a great promotional for both F1 & MotoGP. We will see in the future what holds. After all Marc is close to get everything there is in MotoGP 2 more Championships, he will tied Agostini 500 titles.
