Wow! Gagayahin ko nga ang recipe n ito. Mas maganda ang color nya if may soy sauce at dapat pala na marinate ng 24 hours bago isalang sa oven. Gawa ko kasi direchona na sa oven at walang soy sauce,salt and olive oil lang. Ty for your cooking tips Danica and Marc..... More power and happy to see you both supporting each other.

Another tip...yup can also make slits with the tip of a small sharp knife sa mga thick layer of meat esp sa breast para pumasok Yung marinade, or use meat injector para mag inject ng konting marinade all over the breast and legs area. Mmmmm yummm. Parang mga commercial rotisserie ang dating. And bake until the skin is crunchy. ;)
