A. Action: Tom made a presentation of Laurie’s text sent today. It is available in the Library and discussion led to the content.
The term ‘straw poll’, used in Roberts Rules of Order is adopted for the document formerly known as the questionnaire.
B. Action: Tom presented a ‘Planning the Plan’ slide deck. It s included in the Library as well.
C. Action: The CAC will discuss with Sarah Absher how the NCAC’s vision, which is broader than just the land use planning and includes the designated watershed area, is brought forward in the Community Plan process.
D. Action: Tentative dates for the community meetings were discussed and Laurie will discuss dates and logistics with Sarah: current dates under discussion are April 17, 20, 24 and 27.
