Ah, the trumped up War Against Spain, when the US goes full tilt boogy as an international imperialist country (no surprise, not after Manifest Destiny and the Monroe Doctrine) and basically takes over the Spanish Empire: Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Philipines, Panama, Guam, Samoa, Guantanamo...

They also don’t pay US income tax and they’re NOT a state. So they shouldn’t be able to vote.
