I first heard Phil in person at FFO in Sioux Falls in about 1982? I've never forgotten the night. Worshipping God with him in person really touched me. It was incredible and i still absolutely love Phils ministry and music. We moved out of SF but through the magic of youtube I found this gem of him worshipping with Mike and Vicki at their church. Cool. Wish i had know he would be if SF, i'da driven over from the banana belt.

Hi Brother Phil… there isn’t a day that I don’t listen to You singing playing Jesus, Jesus…. Listened to you for yrs … I’ve sent this to my Son & Grandson as they are musicians to encourage them & also to give them some Joy in the Holy Spirit… love listening to You as You Share Amazing Nuggets!!!!! I knew which a lot of people can’t grasp Jesus being radical but when he walked into the temple and he saw how the house of God was being defiled he showed them and was furious so we can’t go through life and think Jesus doesn’t get angry he proved his wrath when the house of God was defiled. He’s an awesome God but never test the power of God he God showed it again when his son died on the cross. He doesn’t do things to hurt us but make us aware I am God and a jealous God and until we turn from things that are wicked why on earth 🌍 would we expect God not show anger. It’s because he created all of us for a purpose to dwell with him in his kingdom

God plays instruments and he also preforms surgery and gives faith so we can play a trumpet or work in surgery.

I vouch for that. I have been told I was a good writer and could write good stories until I let a voice come in an convince me nobody cares what you write so I gave it up and to this day I believe I can still write but because I gave up I could not find anything worth writing about. When we stop believing in ourselves and the gift God gives us the devil will enter and kill your desire to put a great story together. Never wrote a book but loved doing and writing stories and words I thought would and could be sung but I couldn’t put the music or allow myself to imagine what someone else could do with those words. If God gives you a talent use it to magnify and glorify the Lord. The Lord will make a way. I want to start writing again but not sure what to write about. But have been complimented on my writing. I like taking stories from the Bible and make them modern to fit today. I know I still have it so I’m praying there is at least one good story I can write before going home to be with the Lord
