For your workout consider being less all or nothing. Maybe halfway point stickers : 5,000 steps, some squats It can be disheartening to look at it the way you have it set up now

haha I’m an all or nothing kind of girl 😉🫰🏼plus the years of planning has taught me to have grace for myself so if I’m not able to complete a goal or hit a milestone, it doesn’t bother me the way it used to but thank you for the idea!

You could use your perpetual calendar to keep track of skint or car events.... also, the things to do for the week you should do a mental inventory list by bullet journal Ryder carrol

I've always lived a more Spartan life after growing up moving a lot. My husband is more of a collector. My biggest hurdle is ordering takeout and snacks. It's something I'm working on.

What inserts are you using for your weekly. I love the list at the side. I’m same, need to keep a list front and centre to keep focus. Love the time blocking stickers!

Oh, the inserts are from Cloth and Paper, but unfortunately, they discontinued them 😵‍💫
