I agree that it's hard to tell who loves something because it's good and who just wants to keep the freebies coming in. I just decided that I'm going to watch like minded creators who have an obvious love of fragrances and whose recommendations speak to me. So far, I've only found 2 and I'm sticking with them.

It never fails, I watch one of your videos and think... hmmm... I have that! Got up and pulled out Le Panthere and sprayed it. My roommate got home about 5 minutes later, walked in the door and said, "What is That!!!" (In a good way.) Guess I'll be keeping that one more toward the front of the shelf. I've been torn this month. It's still plenty cold in Alaska, but the sun has been out lately, the snow is melting, and the days are getting longer. I ended up going back and forth between Mercedes Benz Black, Dior Addict, Myrrh and Tonka, Amouage Sunshine, Mandarin Basilic Forte, and Sunset Hour. Soooo ready for spring!!! As always, I very much enjoy your monthly reviews - and your descriptions are so universal. Oh, it smells like condensed milk? I know exactly how that smells. Just knowing what the notes are, doesn't always mean you know what a fragrance smells like.

@Veronica Says, I'm in Anchorage. The middle of the state, but toward the bottom. I can pretty much get away with fall/winter fragrances most of the year. Sigh. It's the strangest thing - people who live farther north (Fairbanks) can get summers that are h-o-t!!! If we get into the low 70's in Anchorage, people are ready to fall out - and it's not even a humid heat. Of course, almost no one has AC. And when I hear "condensed milk" my mind jumps straight to flan!

My best March fragrance was Figment by Amouage .At first spray. it's like being playfully slapped across the face with a full-blown gardenia. Szechuan pepper and saffron are its companions, so you're in for some heavy-duty spices mixed with a medley of lighter white florals. The papyrus, orris, patchouli and incense in the base notes weave in and out. I had pretty much decided I had enough perfumes with white florals, but the notes in Figment intrigued me and proved this wasn't just another run-of-the-mill treatment. I think it's gorgeous. I was interested to hear about your experience with Pikovaya Dama. (I had the Dua dupe). It seems you had similar reactions to the scent, so I guess my dupe must be a good one:) It reminds of the perfume a minor Russian princess might wear as she descends a fabulous staircase, with her scent wafting before her. I get these Russian images because Pikovaya Dama means Queen of Spades, a short story by Pushkin which was later turned into an opera by Tchaikovsky. I'm afraid I don't have any fancy staircases to descend. But I might try crashing the upcoming Met Gala on May 1...

We’re like that weather I’m CO too. I wore a tank top and shorts on last sat and sun and then Tuesday we got about 6 inches of snow (he had almost gotten all the ice snow melted in our backyard) and always get a snow around Mother’s Day. I am wearing spring fragrances and then winter ones in the same day sometimes, ha!

Hello Veronica! This is probably my favorite (monthly) fragrance awards video you’ve made. 🥰🥰🥰 I enjoy Pikovaya Dama but my husband enjoys it even more, he wears it everyday! It is very expensive but well worth it. HSW is a lifer for me and a year round fragrance as well. Amethyst Haze is one of my CH Confidential line faves, and Saffron Lazuli is a lifer for me too. I can relate with your Commodity Milk reaction….condensed milk vibe 🤣🤣🤣 Agree that Naxos is super sexy! And worth the hype!😍😍😍 Thanks for another excellent fragrance awards video! 😁

Hello Veronica, I am behind on my viewing. It took me quite I while to look through the comments before starting to view the video. 😆There was over 300 by the time I was able to watch. 😅 You respond to them and that is truly amazing! Your look in this video is gorgeous! So beautiful! HSW is such a happy pretty fragrance and I enjoy it too. I am waiting for the weather to warm a bit more to wear it. It's still pretty cold here. We are starting to get some snow melt which is a happy thing. I also have and love Lavandes Trianon. I got the travel sprays of Commodity Milk Expressive and Killian Angel's Share last week to give them a fair test run. Milk is creamy, sweet almost marshmallow vanilla floral. Angel's Share is spicy apple cider. Both are kind of comforting in a way that sweet things can be. I agree with you about Musk Therapy. It's very wearable and likeable but overpriced. I tried to get a sample of Naxos last week but they didn't send it and made a substitution. That was sad for me because it sounds amazing! I think it may deserve the hype. What a fun video-- You look great Victoria!! I am absolutely loving Montblanc Signature lately. I tend to get nose blind by midday and then it seems to pick up steam a little at the end of the day - so good! I had a lady compliment me the other day when I couldn't smell it, so I do think it plays peekaboo. I love Ledda Orris - but don't reach for it for some reason. Hundred Silent Ways is amazing! I got caught up in the hype and it was a winner- phew! The Carolina Herrera private line bottles are SO gorgeous. I'm currently on a self imposed no buy right now but have Saffron Lazuli and VS Bare on my list because of you! LOL

Naxos has been on and off my wishlist but I can’t sample it anywhere here cos they don’t have testers and it’s quite cheaper to buy here than the Casamorati line🤔🤔. Gorgeous month! As it’s started cooling down where I am as we are now in autumn I’m still enjoying some warm weather scents but have moved back towards amber/woody/leather and soap territory. I’m enjoying Amouage Memoir, YSL Tuxedo, YSL Caftan, CH Sandal Ruby, Amouage Guidance, Scherzo, Ex-Nihilo Brompton Immortals, Le Lion, Coromandel and my samples of Amethyst Haze (reminds me of a spicier more gourmand classic Old Spice which I love(!)) Burning Rose and Saffron Lazuli. Today I’m rocking a aldehydic soap bomb by Panadora - Blom Bukett - gorgeous!!

I sure do love these monthly award videos! And I just wanted to get back to you on Phantasma - Liquides Imaginaires that I ordered a sample of...I really like it! I get the cold metal spaceship note and I could have gone for more of it. But the florals that emerge are beautiful. I enjoy this perfume a lot more than I thought I would. Thank You!

I've been eyeing La Panthère for a few months... I do like the occasional ''vintagy'' frangrance. You seem to have had a good month. With Datura Noir, I get a woody, coconutty tuberose. I don't get greeness, but maybe some of the fruit notes give it a bit of an unexpected twist. I'm craving musk fragrances lately. I really enjoyed wearing La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant and Musc Noir Rose from NR. One of my favorite has been La Nuit Trésor à la Folie. Also enjoyed This is Her, Si Fiori and Dolce Garden. I'm slowly moving away from gourmands as Spring is coming (but snowing here right now). Have a great weekend! ❤

Hello beautiful V! Love Paco Rabanne XS and love the snake it's sexy and mysterious 😜 and it is a sexy fragrance, no doubt but I don't get the popcorn AT ALL. I also love La Panthere and one of my compliment getters in the designers realm. Gosh Lavandes Trianon is so beautiful why they always discontinue the best? Never tried that one from Nobile 1942 it sounds beautiful and so is Montblanc Signature, such a comfy, easy reach scent! Lovely video (as per usual 😜😜♥)

Naxos! Yes- such a fabulous fragrance. Their female targeted fragrances (at least the ones I've sampled) are far too sweet for my tastes, but some of their unisex ones are absolutely magical. Thanks for another great video. You always mention a brand or two I haven't heard of before! As for my scents in March, the weather has been so crazy that I've been wearing everything from Rouge Saray to Un Jardin de Monsieur Li.

Wow you had an amazing March!! 😍😍 Looking especially gorgeous girl! My March faves were Teo Cabanel Oh la la and Roberto Cavalli Paradiso Assoluto.. (which was originally a dislike but turned to a love- yay!) I kept going back and forth between those two all month. Lots of other good ones too of course but those two really stood out. 😊💞

Lancôme seems to give the good one’s the 🪓 it was Parfait de Roses for me! I agree with you about the pricing of Musk Therapy definitely overpriced but I looooove the juice!🥰💕💕

Hi Veronica ❤ Totally agree with everything you said about Trussardi Donna edp. Such a lovely fragrance and very good value for money. The flask style bottle is great for putting in your handbag. I''m tempted to sample Musk Therapy but better not in case I like it! My main March fragrance has been BDK Gris Charnel. I find it elegant and chic, but cosy at the same time - which is an oxymoron I know 🤷‍♀️ Only got a 10ml sample but am going to have to splurge on a full bottle come the autumn.

@@VeronicaSays There are times it turns into 70’s granny soap on my skin and other times it’s so ❤️elegant 🤷🏻‍♀️. We have just ended our summer, but that being said ;my body is having summer all year round 🥴loll. We have a Xerjoff counter next door to where I work, so I’ll try a little daily for a few weeks and see if I can pick up on possible reason. Or simply just my skin ; as I have been highly acidic all my life( turning metals black and skin into a mess; including 18 carat gold.) Stainless steel and platinum are the only ones I don’t flare up on. 🧡❤️

@@VeronicaSays Yeppers , if I put on silver, gold etc, my skin will flare , break … I won’t go into specifics but ouuuch… Just on soft tissue; so ear lobes, neck & my wrists .Gold discolours even after 10 mins as does my skin, appearing bruised looking. Silver I just can’t at all. … Highly probable regarding certain scents as some days worse than others.. Oh and the hot season …. it’s paradise without the tropical island😂🥴. I have been lucky, it’s only ever been my head 🥵. I liken it to a mini sprinkler popping up on my head with very warm water trickling down my face and one may need a wee little fan . ❤️🧡

❤ So I have the Dua version of Musk Therapy, called Therapy, and it really has the happy lemony citrus note the entire wear. I get constant comments and compliments on this one as it is nice and fresh, but very long lasting and projects really well. I enjoy it so much more than I thought I would (usually more of a heavy hitter Diva fragrance lover). Dua has a vault clearance going in right now😬😍❤️🤣

March tray for me was Thameen 💙 blue heart, oligarque iconique, 2 days of oud for greatness mixed with baccarat, casamorati bouquet ideale, PDM Oajan, BTSO drunken saffron and fig porn, Rosendo 5 and then lastly what we do in Paris is secret. It was unusual freezing in Los Angeles area. So I stuck with cold weather scents!

I’ve been curious about Pure XS! I love the smell of pop corn but was wondering if I’d actually want to smell like it. But I think I want to try it. I’m sad that the Lavandes Trianon one is discontinued. I’ve been really into lavender lately, especially when it’s combined with something creamy and gourmandish. I’m in love with Mon Guerlain…they better not discontinue that one ever!!! 💜
