I’ve thought about selling sourdough, and other baked goods. My family is always encouraging it as well. I’d love to hear more about how your business does! We are taking a break at the end of May and will resume the week after 4th of July. We do about 5-6 weeks off for our “summer break”. We’ll gameschool to keep things fresh with math and keep up with our read alouds, and solo reading. Mostly we just pause workbooks for that time. We always just continue on. We don’t save Language Arts or Math books until a specific year or grade. When the kids are done with one we pick up the next.

It’s not always a lot of orders, but some weeks it’s been crazy! I like just doing fridays, because we don’t do our school then anyway, so it’s not interrupting it. You should go for it! Worst that happens is you don’t sell any lol ❤️ I’m planning to gameschool this summer too! It’s so fun and my kids really enjoy it 😍 Okay yes same! I love when we get “ahead” a bit so then we can take breaks without feeling we’re behind
