Don’t feel guilty about your sleep schedule! Since you have the freedom to make your own schedule, lean into what your body naturally wants and work when you’re the most productive. 😊

Just a tip that helped me, but maybe plan when and what specific day you are going to purchase a sewing kit. That way you will be more likely to start doing it since you’ve already spent the money. Then plan what day and what time you will start sewing or watch a video on how to sew, etc. We as humans are more likely to do something when we attach a day and time to it. That’s what works for me personally when I am planning what days I am going to workout for the week. (Every Sunday I plan my work week, gym workouts and which 3 days I will cook dinner). Also maybe you have too many goals. Maybe you want to do too many things so then you end up not prioritizing which one to actually do. If you focus on sewing and reading 1 book a month then maybe you can ideally delete learning Spanish. Love your videos! Hope this helps!

You are awesome! Adjusting to a new schedule always takes time :) I recommend Austin Pendelton's class at HB studios in the West Village... he is truly amazing. He plays Scrooge in a production of Christmas Carol I have. Tell him I sent you ( Laurie Strickland).... he is super nurturing, inspiring and a true legend! He was Uta Hagen's student she picked to run the studio when she passed. Great legacy :)
