After listening to George launching the workers party manifesto, I will describe the return I got this evening from my national insurance payments to the NHS. Using NHS 111 it told me to wait 30 minutes to talk to a nurse. After 6 hours of waiting I was still awaiting a call back. My alternative would be to go to A&E. No wonder our mass media ran for cover when George told them he would wipe the floor in any debate with the party leaders.

GG, I think you are correct in talking about the problem of illegal immigration; this is truly a problem for all citizens. You are right to talk about inflation because it consumes people's purchasing power. The actual lack of investment in healthcare happens because all public money goes to weapons, to wars that have nothing to do with the citizens of the United Kingdom.
