I accidently (maybe on purpose, lol) watched this game twice and both times it was an amazing game to watch. Those amazing two last 3pt. shots were incredible and made the game that much more electrifying. Edge-of-your-seat action at the end.

Gonzaga almost pulled a choke job like in 2006 against UCLA. Also I didn’t realize Gonzaga had 8 straight Sweet 16 appearances.

March 23, 2006 2 seed UCLA vs 3 seed Gonzaga in the West Region. UCLA wins March 23, 2023 2 seed UCLA vs 3 seed Gonzaga in the west region. Gonzaga wins Man exactly 17 years later Same teams, same seeding, also same day. But the revenge is sweeter

Actually, Timme wasn’t walking most of the game ... till now @45:27 his weakness is acceleration, but the refs don’t call it 😢

@1:00:39 The classic Timme Travel. Establish pivot, bad habit of lifting the pivot foot to accelerate. Only called 2-5% of the time. Sadly.

@24:26 why is this a legit defensive play? The UCLA defender is clearly leaping far away and up out of his established position and meeting the Gonzaga offensive player, leaping up to dunk, in the air. Is this always arbitrarily (not) called, or is there a clear rule that shows this is a missed call or well-judged as not an infraction? Any reference to NCAA rules book would be a bonus ...

Agreed..I think that it is just a missed call. Watson, the Gonzaga player, doesn't seem too upset though. Doesn't mean it's a clean play.

@58:35 Finally even the announcers agree thankfully the refs didn’t call a foul when “...Salis took a dive...”. I prefer we call a flop a FLOP!
