Hey guys, we're back with another 1 set challenge and this time it's with the Portuguese star Marcos Freitas! Marcos has been ranked as high as world number 7 and defeated Timo Boll at the 2014 European Team Championships to claim gold for Portugal! Even the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo acknowledge this achievement! Enjoy!

Hi dan. I'm thinking off getting my mother a new table tennis bat for her birthday but need some advise. Ik what rubbers she uses but I dont know what kind off blade. She plays close to the table and she play flat aswell. Any advise please.

Honestly Dan is a really good player. Of course freitas was taking it easy playing lots of lobs but to even return the serves of a pro you need to be quite good especially at reading spin. Some people laugh on the internet about how he gets beat but those guys are the best in the world and most rec players wouldn't even return a single serve or block a single topspin of the pro on the table.

Great video loved it. The pro player that I would play would be Timo Boll because he is my favourite player and he is just amazing at the game. I have played for Scotland in the British primary schools, Scotland is my home country and I love table tennis.

Freitas has got one of the best reverse pendulum serves in the world, his pendulum serve is pretty meh compared to that. Here he used the RP serve only once, which Dan misread. He was kind enough not to use the serve again 😊.
