@@TravelwithYiew Hi! Sorry I don't have a sizing guide but from my own experience and that of others who've gotten one, they tend to size just right. For the hoodies bigger / loose-fit size up! I'm 6'4" (193cm) and wear XXL for a slightly bigger fit (I'm normally XL). T-shirt, I'm an XL.

You mentioned in the previous video about mental thought being so important in swimming. I kept that in mind this morning when I was in a swim technique group with University of Hawaii coaches. Sometimes I get ready for a swim and then don't go through with it as my body ages and not looking like I am in my 20s- 30s. Today I put those thoughts aside of what I look like and just said it's my body workout and my body is ready since I swim most days. I got some good hints on technique, down kicking and starting the pull at the same time. Good luck!!

This was consistently entertaining, even that was not the intention. The contrast between frantically multi-tasking Marcos, his much more chill co-worker, and the contented cat was quite vivid. I was also intrigued by (1) the concept that dressing up for work means changing into your personal logo T-shirt (I showed up in a suit and tie for about 30 years) and (2) the apparent lack of people in downtown San Francisco.

Love the video! Does work ever interrupt your training schedule, or vice versa? Curious how flexible your training and work schedules are (ie., rescheduling morning trainings to jump on ad-hoc calls, rescheduling work responsibilities to attend to training, etc.).

Hey Marcos, big fan of your videos! As a software engineer and former collegiate swimmer I find them relatable and very inspiring! Quick question, I noticed you have an Apple Watch Ultra. Do you train with it on, and if so how does it feel while swimming? I currently have a Series 4 and am interested in the Ultra but am a bit worried about the jump in size when in the water/in general. Thanks for the great content!
