11 ай бұрынG'day folks. This week we decided to do some marcotting / air - layering of our Rambutan trees so that we have extra trees to plant in some vacant land we have behind the sheds. This video shows how we do the marcotts (also known as air-layering).

Thanks Ivesy. The rambutan trees were here when we purchased the property so not exactly sure of variety but those trees were great producers of delicious large red rambutans. We propagated some before we took them out to be replaced with jackfruits and those are the ones in the video.

Aloha. Which island are you on? I am in Kona and getting ready to air layer so will have trees to offer in a few months
