Hard for me to argue with your top two. I think Triumph and Tragedy would be #1 for me...it's just a miracle how enjoyable it is to play. Perfect balance of theme and playability - a game you can easily show to non wargamer friends, and who may well enjoy it as much as wargamers do. USCW is probably #2 for me. An incredible sandbox ACW game that will be played many years from now.

hello marco. firts of all let me to say you thank you for your effort to do all these vídeos. I am Spanish and I don't use to use the English as a main language but thanks to your 'accent' I understand everything you explain. In second place I wanted to recommend you a game from my country edited forma GMT too: 1714 the case of the catalans. It is a boardgame about the Spanish seccesion war in the middle way of a wargame and a euro.

Re: The US Civil War. Marco, have you played the game with another player yet or only solitaire? The rules to the game have not yet stabilized even several months after release. The Advanced Naval rules in particular are a constant source of confusion and misinterpretation -- even among hard-core, veteran gamers. In the game's support folder on CSW recent posts have said, in essence, "Ignore that clarification we issued a couple of days ago." That's very discouraging for a game that has the potential to be a true classic. As it stands now, the odds of gamers in different parts of the country playing the game correctly are slim.

Where do you get your paper standees which you use for Frostgrave? I assume you picked up some inexpensive pdf sheets of varied paper character art "minis" somewhere & printed them off. DrivethruRPG? I have a good amount of fantasy minis but they each belong to specific board games. So I'm rather wary of using them from too many different games for fear of not getting them back in the right ones afterward. The paper mini thing may be the optimal start. I'd like to have some with decent & discernable artwork on them, though.
