Do you need to be good at like trampoline or ground flips in order to be good at snowboard flips

Tracker 381 it's good practice to get your body used to the movement and and if you fall it's not a big deal. Unless your practicing in really powdery spots I would hit up a trampoline first. Even bring your board on the trampoline to help even more.

Trampoline training is very beneficial, at least that's what I've found from personal experience anyway...

I can't do anything on a trampoline, however, i was still able to learn some flips and spins. But trampoline seems to help a lot with the feeling for flips and rotation
