I actually think she somewhat did her job by keeping the conversation going by playing adversary to Marcus Spears. Yes, part of her job is making sure they don't go over time constraints but also she's suppose to make sure the debates don't become too stale. I went to college for communications. And he has failed "his way" for what over 2 decades which is why the day he dies is when the Cowboys can finally be good again.

I think what a lot of people don't understand is Jerry is slowly but surely changing. Perfect example of that is when Jerry was really wanting to make a splash with wanting to draft Manziel as his QB. Stephen Jones, his son, flat out told him he was all flash and that Zack Martin was the better option because it was the start of building that offensive line like they had in Dallas in the 90's. Stephen knew this flash Manziel character was nothing but hype and TROUBLE. Stephen said Martin wasn't flashy but he will be a huge part of the success of the offensive line. Zack Martin wasn't a splash pick in the draft but he turned out to be a all-pro at Guard for the Boys. It took a minute, but Stephen talked Jerry out of it. Stephen is slowly taking over for Jerry and Jerry knows his son will be the owner after he is gone. So, he is slowly sliding Stephen in that role. After this last loss Jerry himself, said he realizes a lot of changes need to be made everywhere INCLUDING SOME THINGS HE NEEDS TO CHANGE ABOUT HIMSELF. Lets just sit back and see what happens instead of trying to predict the future. I got a feeling things are changing and have been changing in Dallas but a lot of people just aren't realizing it yet.
