I’m getting back into working out after stopping for years. I’ll try to keep your tips in mind for the future when my body can handle it better. Those squat things you’re doing under the hurdles look like a great stretch, but for my body right now that would be a workout lol especially after glutes and leg day I just could not right now haha thanks again!
