thank you very much for showing what in reality i need to know & understand on how to install corrrectly a simple sliding drawer i was looking for hours and a bunch of clowns expossed what they believe is the easiest way to install one of these with no clue or whatsoever is happening in real life - and wasted my time misserably (sigh) your video is *key in eliminating all the crap these guys evidently misinterpreted regarding the implemention of a simple fixture into a sliding cabinet *by putting that piece of wood in between the sliding fixture and the bottom of the drawer or edge, have eliminated potential wasted time on youtube mostly crappy videos that only serve to waste time .. and as you know, time is gold thank you again for this precious video i'll be your fan from now on

Thanks for the video. My drawers are 2000mm long, drawers slides are 1900mm long. Do you think I can use the same technique for gradually pulling the drawer out and attaching fasteners one at a time or could the drawer run the risk of getting a slight vertical angle? I guess it depends on the surface you're working on eh and how flat / even it is...? Also what do you think of the technique of mounting the drawer slides underneath so that you can make the drawer wider?

Hi thanks for the helpful video. I need a custom single flatbed drawer that would be used for keeping tools while working at my workshop. But the problem I am having is I don’t have any side support where I can mount the slides. Only option I have is to mount the slide just underneath of the main cabinet and use the top side of flatbed to mount against the drawer. Weight on the flatbed drawer could be upto 25-30kg. Can the flatbed handle this weight when top-mounted like this? Thanks
