Beautiful and light. Delightful for mid winter blues. I never get sick of winter in Tucson because summer is so hot. I get to wear clothes in Winter. But this reminds me of spring in Wisconsin. Have a blessed week.

Would have preferred paint names or at least pigment numbers instead of vague "dark brown" and "pink colour" but it looks like a quick, easy painting.

Those are watercolors I made myself and I am not surw if the names would help at all. I do encourage you to paint with your prefered colors.

While preferred colours are important, so is to know your pigments. One thing I wish I knew when I first started was to pay attention to the listed pigments, because they can be fugitive like Pr176 (Daniel Smith's Moonglow) and NBr8 some use for a really nice VanDyke Brown. These pigments and some others just disappear from strong sunlight, and completely ruin your painting! Not to mention pigments that change colour over time like Malachite and Vivianite. :( This is why knowing the pigment numbers can help tremendously with watercolours. Also just in case a beginner sees this: I myself would have loved to know that single-pigment colours are a much better choice, because some brands offer 3 or even 4 pigments mixed into a single pan, and if you mix that with yet another colour, it gets muddy and ugly. But if you mix 2 single-pigment colours together, it'll still look pretty, and not as muddy as for example a 5-pigment mix. So yes, you can totally have preferred colours, I myself do too, but if you know the pigment number, you can find that colour in many different brands, even if they call it by a different name! That said your colours look rad, I especially like your pink!
