You're speaking to me rn. Cause I recently had an idea to change my way of clothing and to wear brighter clothes and to avoid dark clothes such as black and grey cause they are to overestimated and given so much credit but they low key weigh us down :)

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZfaq channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 139 subs and almost 75 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I love this video!!! Your ideas to simplify in so many ways and remember I’m not a burden when I reach out to someone really spoke to me today. Not sure I can get by with just one spatula though. 😬 I cook for my family of 8 and various friends every day and the spatula struggle is real!! 😂 Have a wonderful weekend!

something i read that really keeps me vulnerable is: “eye-opening post for me included the words "people are meant to be burdens" as in humans rely on and support one another and it's not a bother it's our purpose; to love and be loved in return. so if you ever think you're being annoying just remember we were made to love and it's going to be okay” ❤

Love all of these!! I am so interested in healthy hormones and shifting my eating to fuel my body in that way. I also heard once that with hugging children you should never be the first to let go. I have tried this with my children and some friends and when I wait for them to let go first, you can feel an actual breath release and them sink further into the hug before letting go.

I do agree with a majority of the things you've mentioned. My only caveat would be the not having the phone in the bedroom and the almond milk. Because every single person is different t hos also means that what they allow to enter their body will affect them differently as well. So what may be a negative for one person could be a positive for another. Also, not having a phone in the bedroom isn't a safe choice just because of something were to happen as far as a burglary or attempted break-in , ou would have to leave your room just to call 911. Just because the phone's in your room doesn't mean you have to look at it.

Great video!! Such uplifting ideas, that are simple and easy to practice but in a hustle culture we are made to believe it's unnecessary.. Breathing inn fresh air, going for a simple walk or shower, looking at the skies, listening to the birds chirp unwind majority of the anxieties.. Almond milk actually has so little almonds in it but dairy is filled with hormones like estrogen and stress hormones so it’s definitely not better ❤

@@aileen8492 like parasites and fattening hormones? It would be significantly more natural to drink human breast milk. There’s no difference from cow milk and raccoon milk… both gross

As a nutrition-dietician student in a country where raw milk is banned, you shouldn’t be too worried about the hormones, and more about the presence of microorganisms and bacteria. There are methods of boiling them, like pasteurize or UHT milk, that retain most of their nutrients and just non dangerous or NO bacteria. The only “downsides” to almond milk is that people shouldn’t expect of it what it’s in milk. Is very, very, very low in fat (I don’t know why she says its “””high””” in poliinsaturated fats? And i’ve never seen, read, and I just researched, that poliinsaturated fat is unhealthy for women. I would love to see her source). The consense it’s that it isn’t. In fact, when we talk about unhealthier fats, its saturated fat, the one present in milk (not demonizing it, just saying that insaturated fats (mono, poli), are best! Also, it’s very low in protein and higher in sugar than milk. Drink it if you like it, don’t expect it to feel the same as cow’s milk, and try to have it fortified for Calcium, Vitamin D and B12.

I beg to differ. Dairy milk is straight up milk. Just milk. Almond and other nut juices have additives, how else do you think they get it to taste and look like regular milk?

@@juliamaciaslopez6632 But cow's milk tastes much better, and someone with a small farm isn't using antibiotics, hormones.
