Great Video, you did a wonderful job!! this may sound crazy but I’ve never visited an all inclusive resort so I’m just guessing, Everything in your room , Snacks, drinks, food in your room is included, and the restaurants, Bars , Etc on the property you pay like a normal at any other resort?

All of the items on the min bar and in the fridge you had to pay for.... everything else in all the resturants were subject to what was available with the inclusive package and there was a great selection. so no worries.

Great video! How was the beach there? Saw in other videos that it wasn't that great, very rocky and not really enjoyable to go into.

The beach was ok, but we didn't go in there was a lot of seaweed at the time this was filmed in late Feb.

Great video. You guys did an amazing job. I see this is not your first Rhode. Props to the videographer. Great footage & some editing. As someone said, it was “Effortlessly Wonderful”. I do have some questions; you may have all the answers, or you may not. Any feedback is welcomed. 1. Are the points allotted to you based on your room selection? 2. Are the points replenished every day or are they one lumpsum giving for the entire stay? 3. What if you go beyond your points when purchasing merchandise, do you pay for the difference at the register or do you incur additional charges at checkout. 4. Do you use the points through the establishment of is this specific to that store? 5. I saw drone footage in the video, are there any restrictions on flying Drone on the grounds, or does it really not an issue?

Hey thank you for reaching out with your questions. So when it comes to the point system you are awarded all your point u pin check in. I am not exactly sure what determines the amount of points you are given but I think there a few factors to consider such as room type, length of stay and number of guests staying. They give you all your points at check in. They did not really break down the point system that well. As far as using the points on site Joes Merchant is the only place you can use them. All of the restaurants are free!! But if you want certain items out of that store I would suggest only getting things that you can not get from a restaurant. All alcoholic beverages are free at restaurants. Once you run out of points you just have to use cash. We did not need additional points during our stay. Regarding drones, no one there had any issues with us using it. We filmed a lot and no one ever told us we couldn't. We used the drone in multiple locations across the island without any issues hope this help. And thank you again for watching!!!

Wonderful video, thank you for posting! I have two questions if you (or anyone) can help with. Was there a lot of walking to get around this resort, to the pools, beach etc. from your room? I have mobility issues and can walk using a cane but tire easily. (hip and back arthritis). Also, did you find it overly crowded for the restaurants, pool chairs etc? I saw another video that said this resort shares pools etc. with the one next door. I am considering this resort and the Margaritaville in Cancun but am leaning toward Cancun as it seems smaller and more intimate. Any opinions would be appreciated!

No there wasn't too much walking everything was in a reasonable distance from the main buildings. The week we went was there annual owners week and it wasn't too crowded most seating was spaced out to social distancing standards. As far as the pool sharing that maybe in regards to the upscale section of the resort but they have their own pool and lazy river but using the other pool is optional. On all my travels this was my first all inclusive and so far it has been my best out of 3. Compared to the other resorts everything is closer in walking distance and the options are way better with a large variety not just one or 2 items. Hi thank you for watching... this resot is located on a beach with direct access. As you can see in the footage, once you walk past the pools it leads you directly to the beach. There are other resorts close by that have access to the beach as well. Hope this helps!!

Does the hotel offer transportation? Or what service did you all use to get to and from the airport

It was included with the stay for a additional cost.... but suggest that if order a tax you make sure that the price and the destination is already established before entering the taxi because the taxi will over charge you.
