सरकार सिर्फ जन प्रतिनिधियों की सुविधाओं का ध्यान रखती हैं जबकि इनकी अधिकांश सुविधाएं बंद होनी चाहिए..1o लाख सालाना आय रिटन विहीन होना चाहिए तब ही सरकार काकोई कार्य दिखेगा. पहले भी वित्त मंत्री ने 7 लाख तक की छूट दी लेकिन ये अच्छे से नहीं हुआ..सरकार को स्पष्ट और साफ सुथरी घोषणा करनी चाहिए..मोदी सरकार ने मध्यम श्रेणी के लिए कुछ नहीं किया है

Can the benefit of long term capital loss , due to sale of house property, carried over last year, in old regime be carried over or taken as offset in the current year, if we choose New Tax Regime?
