you can tell she genuinely adores what she does, it’s so refreshing to see, especially when so many actors nowadays are doing it just for the money. margot is just obsessed with the whole world of film, it’s lovely.

Yeh that’s what you think. Don’t be naive! I do agree with you but never less she gets paid insane money for easy work. The world is unfair indeed.

@@Anonymous-wk9zg This person never said she doesn't get paid a lot of money. And acting is not an easy job. Do you know how long days on set usually last for? Its not a picnic you know. There is also the emotional toll it takes getting into character as well. Try telling people Daniel Day-Lewis has an easy job. Sure, acting is no where near the level of cleaning toilets, or pumping gas (the only jobs you're qualified for), but its not to be dismissed as being "easy" either. Grow up.

@@filmbuff2777 Actin IS an easy job. I've worked as an extra so yes I do know how many hours are involved and your right it is very long hours. You get breaks in fact if your a big enough actor you get your own trailer with a couch and a bed in it so you can easily take a quick nap then be totally refreshed. You have to understand it doesn't have to be hard work there's alot of enjoyment and fun compared to say working as an accountant or a doctor in an emergency room. THAT'S hard work. It is a little bit of a picnic but your right not 100% easy but certainly cannot and should not be compared with real life jobs. It absolutely can be hard and draining but It wasn't the case for her role in OUATIH. It was so in Babylon and she still wont win an oscar just because she's a bit of a joke and not a serious dramatic good enough actor. You don't know what your talking about compared to me so just stop messaging me because there's nothing I can learn from you and don't want to waste my time replying to you again. I'm an accountant and make more money than your whole family does combined. EFF Off now dumb delusional nerd. Also you seem to be bitter and very overly sensitive. I can't talk to ppl like you. Don't reply I wont bother reading it nor will I reply.

OH I need a full cut of Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. I would watch 4 hours long film. It's my favorite. I love what Sharon Tate's sister said, Margot reminded her of Sharon so much she kept crying because she thought she finally met her sister 50 years later ❤

I don't think I remember any interviews with Sharon's family. I wasn't sure they wanted anything to do with the movie. That makes me so happy that her sister liked it. I'd love to read about that. Do you remember where you read it?

“Only choice” I hate when interviewers just pluck these ideas out of thin air. I enjoyed Robbie’s performance, but this isn’t true. Tarantino himself stated that Jennifer Lawrence had been considered, after he failed to cast her in Jennifer Jason Leigh’s role in The Hateful Eight. The important thing is, Margot ended up playing the role, but why the interviewer felt like telling her this when it’s so easily disputed just baffles me.

Didn't Dakota Fanning also write to Tarantino about being cast in a film of hid - & she also featured in "Once Upon a time in Hollywood"...perhaps it happens all the time?

I don’t recall the specifics, but Fanning did say that after seeing Kill Bill for the first time, she reached out to Tarantino that if he ever had a role she’d be suited to, she wanted to work with him.

I think it was somewhat irresponsible, or at least misguided, for the interviewer to have continued pushing the question about whether she saw parallels between the Bombshell script and her own experiences in the industry. Giving a yes or no answer to that can be a catch 22 for someone in her position. Margot clearly had no intention of making any type of accusations or suggestions of misconduct about anyone she's worked with in this setting, but there's also a lot of reasons why she may not want to say no definitively. If it is the case that she's really never experienced or witnessed any type of sexual harassment in her work, it makes sense that she'd shy away from making a statement of that as doing so can be weaponized by others to distract from or deny the importance of the experiences shared by those who have faced harassment. Or worse, if she has experienced any misconduct that she may later choose to disclose at her own discretion, then her answer here could be used at a future time to paint her as a liar.

I absolutely agree. Margot has the biggest audacity of anyone in Hollywood. She slapped leonardo dicaprio while auditing for her role and Becuase if that she got the job! The nerve of her. Leo is a sissy for not complaining or saying something that’s not right. That’s abuse! And she sexually harassed Brad Pitt in Babylon.
