Lots of people play as many tournaments as Sakkari and don't get into the top 20. But not as many matches, because they don't win as much as Sakkari.

It's probably because Vika has been a top-notch player for the last 15 years. People have watched more than 100s of her matches and highlights, so they are now accustomed to her grunts. Sherif has highlights like 5 times a year or even less, and tbh her grunts are much more annoying
