She did an interview with Billboard and, ACCORDING TO BILLBOARD, she said she wasn't into her music because it was all about herself and that that's her brand and she understands it but it doesn't appeal to her. That's not even shade or diss and we don't even know if she actually said that because journalists always take things out of context to make it more sensationalized and sell more. I think, she is using a Pre-recorded track but keep her mic live and she always breath loudly at end of a sentence, so it makes her look likes she sing Live. If you watching any guest show she doing live, she did do Live, but she never had the ranges or clarity compare to her concert version. That's because she do live and her concert was prerecorded. Mariah' Live version still pretty much hold her tones... but it doesn't have range anymore. She can still hit certain notes... But her range is like 2 octave now. or maybe 3 octave. Her Close My Eyes and Vision of Love on GMA2020 are supreme. I think her diet might have play a role. I don't want to body sham anyone... but Mariah does looked a bit more on plus side. No argument here, as long as she happy, I'm good. But used to be a plus size myself, I know... Even getting up the stairs got me stopped here & there to breath. Forget singing, I can't even talk too long without being exhausted. But after I trimmed down bit, now I can run the stairs without even break a sweat and jamming at Karaoke weekly without any issue. If she got back to her Glitter Era shape, she might be able to hit those notes of hers again with ease or at least with more ease than she is now...
