I love this video so much. This is literally EXACTLY what’s happening to me now. I tried a couple days ago on wet hair and excessive product and got the exact same result as you. The next day (yesterday) I tried again on blow dried hair with less product and smaller sections and I plan on taking it down tomorrow. I pray I have better results!

Thanks for sharing! I recall doing it on wet hair and it was a mess! Plus certain products work better than others on my 4c hair.

I did my flexi rods on wet hair, it turned out so nice but I also had my flexi rods in for a couple days. I've practiced this style 3 times. The first time I didn't let it dry completely and it didn't turn out right. Hair tutorials are very helpful, Thank you

You can dry your hair and then just mist it and put just a little product in it. It will look and hold beautiful. I can't use a lot 9f product in my hair. It is natural curly but baby fine

Do u think it would be ok if I brush out my curls once it's dried, then do the rods? Like if I wash my hair the next couple of days it's gonna dry off, then I can do the flexi rods?I've tried doing them twice now but I never really waited for them to dry off 😭
