This is hope for our days. I used to get anxious about all that’s happening in the world. I don’t anymore because I know our Mother is on top of everything. All I have to do is remain faithful and persevere in prayer. Litany of humility is powerful, I pray it every Friday. Humility increases the virtues of faith, hope, charity in us. Dear Fr.Chris, I really enjoy your talks. Please do not cut it short. I think they way it was, about 90mins is good. We need to be nourished by truth for that long. When the world is trying to follow the method of making everything small and simple, we simply should not follow that way in all things, because if we are willing to watch a movie longer than 90min, we should put the same effort in listening to the word of God twice as more than a movie.

Great talk fr chris as always! My mum passed away on the eve of divine mercy at 3.20, in the hour if mercy! It is such a comfort to us! She passed away gently at home with all of her family around her. Her funeral is on Friday the 13 may the feast of our lady of Fatima. Please pray for her and all of us! We all feel so blessed at our lord mercy!!💗

Mary is our gentle hand to Jesus who will always be with us to love ,care and unite to Him. She’s our Blessed Mother and we her blessed children in imitation to her humility and simplicity of soul. Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us and the whole world living in so much confusion and lies of the evil one. Save our souls for Jesus in eternity. Thank you, Fr. Chris, the lessons are plentiful for our guidance.

I went on a pilgrimage for the first time to Cardinal Burke's Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine in LaCrosse, WI and learned during the tour of the church, that the sacrifices done on Tepeyac Hill were of pregnant mothers! No wonder there is the connection with the unborn and abortion! It was beautiful and we were so pleased to learn we could get a Plenary Indulgence, under the usual conditions, as if we were at the actual Basilica in Mexico City! Our priest said Mass and confessions were available. It was wonderful and I will be back. I also liked how there was a whole memorial to the unborn with huge bronze plaques of Pope St. JPII's quotes on life, a statue with Our Lady of Guadalupe holding many unborn babies and a first class relic in the church, at a side altar, of St. Gianna Molla. On a side note, at the St. Gianna Clinic in DePere, WI (Green Bay), there is one of St. Gianna's sweaters in the chapel, that the saint's daughter gave to them.

Thank you Father Alar. Your talks keep me on track during this very crazy time of confusion. I am a single mother raising three teenagers and often struggle with explaining our faith with very little direction and support where I live. The subject of your talks always seem to appear right when I need them for what we are talking about in my family. Also this is amazing-i have been asking God what can I work on this advent to bring me closer to you?-i felt God say “pride.” I asked how do i work on that? I felt the word “humility.” But I wasn’t sure what that meant besides i was about to experience some difficult situations I’d have to go through which, I won’t lie, i was dreading…. Part of me is afraid to ask you know?-but i know i need to! But then here you talk about the litany of humility which I’ve never heard-i plan to do now everyday til Christmas. Bless you Father, I am keeping you in prayer.🙏

i am convinced that during the last 13 mos of her life my mother was given opportunities to repent perhaps of unconfessed sins and reconcile unresolved differences with my father who died 40 yrs ago ...I was blessed to witness some of it as I was blessed to be able to bring her to live with me...yes, she suffered but thankfully not physical pain... she suffered having to be cared for by others, she suffered memory loss, she suffered loss of vision that prevented her from enjoying her favorite passion....reading.. she suffered losing her independence, she suffered not being able to attend Mass in person... these were great sufferings for my very independent mother who cared for herself until age 97 when she fell. The Lord called her home July 2,2021...I imagine this past Mother's Day was joyous for her as she spent it with her earthly mother for the first time in 70 years AND with her Heavenly Mother...

Man I loved this. I didn't know Pope John Paul II was so dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe. I was baptized on his feast day. Before it was his feast day. I feel like he interceeds for me a lot, along with mama Mary.

My prayers are with you. My mother’s Dementia has reached the moderate stage. All 4 of us children take turns having her in our home. It makes me so sad to watch her memory slip away. We would never consider Euthanasia. We will continue to care for her and love her with the help of the Blessed Mother and Jesus.
