Toowoomba playwright Marianne Buchanan has selected seven of her own works and assembled them into "Don't You Know Who I Am?" - an evening of live theatre featuring her trademark wit, absurdity and compelling narratives.
I had a chat with Marianne about the challenges and rewards of writing one-act-plays, where her inspiration comes from and why the journey of taking her debut play "Breaking Breast" from the page to the stage was a bit like giving birth !
