Andrew P. Schneider of Bristow, VA, USMC retired and current owner of Elegance to Simplicity Caterers, served as an Enlisted Aide cooking for six Commandants of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Now he is serving up his famous home made mac 'n cheese, barbecued ribs and chicken thighs, hot and sweet grilled sausages with freshly sauteed peppers and beans specially baked with his secret seasonings to weekend patrons of Pearmund Cellars, a winery attracting retired generals, White House staffers, brides, children, pets, families and couples who enjoy Saturdays and Sundays socializing, wine tasting and nibbling Schneider's treats on the tree dotted rolling hills of the winery grounds in Broad Run, VA.
