air cleaning from out side or from inside? please clear i dont think its from out side . plz explain?

Sir.. Usually these filters can b cleaned both the ways.... Outside cleaning means blowing air can be done at end stage.. In some case if you dint have spare u can use soap water cleaning also... Ideas is to remove the dirt inside the filter
