Marine Recruits Muscle Through Parris Island Obstacle Course

The obstacle course is a series of elevated bars, walls, and logs designed to challenge the recruit’s upper body strength as well as their technique on the course.

I'm like 97% confident this video is showing Fox Company from 2014, platoons 2012-2014, because I'm pretty sure this is a video from my boot camp. Definitely the right drill instructors, and I'm fairly confident I saw a lot of familiar faces

@@dudebro2191 you can confirm that for a fact? Not doubting, I KNOW I saw some drill instructors I had, but I was the last fox company cycle of 2014 so makes sense. I just have a hard time telling if there were guys I knew or if every recruit looks the same

They're doing this after days and weeks of running and exercising all day with minimal sleep and a majority of times with a caloric deficit as well there, high speed.

They look pretty early in boot camp. You can tell by the instructions in the beginning. This was probably their first or second time on the course. I'm sure they got much better after 13 weeks. You get a decent spread of kids. You'll get a small percentage that are unimpressive, a middling group that is pretty good and then you'll get some kids that are incredible. The top kids will sprint through this whole thing to include hand over hand on the ropes.
