You’d be shocked to realize that most of the overweight marines ran a 23 minute 3 mile on average. It was just the pull ups some of the had problems with and a lot of them would still at least get 10.

Me too man. They didn’t ride the bars down or go over high bars and under lowers they just jumped them all. Looked like it was a workout on the o course, not the o course being the workout. Not to mention what you get out of doing the o course. It’s not just a workout, it’s an experience with skill mixed in.

We very much still rude the ropes down, this is called a Tier 3 and it's not new, they've been doing this for awhile now, a Tier 1 is what you are use to, pretty much only POGs do Tier 1's and nothing else.
