And guess who started to train the first generation terrorists? Thats right, the U.S. trained the Mujahideens to fight back against communism in the 70s, and now it backfired. Every problem in the Middle East has been started by the U.S. directly or indirectly.

So wrong. 20 years and we never destroyed the taliban. How is that a win
@Darkestdarkify2 ай бұрын
@@maxpaymar1573 lol I was 16 when I wrote that. But here we go. Honestly, there comes a point when you have to cut loose children that are not worth the effort. They do not want to change. We would have had to stay there another 50 years to make any significant cultural change . My hat is off to the pro democracy forces launching attacks and trading places with the the Taliban in Afghanistan The Taliban like any competent guerrilla force. Did not stand toe to toe. When they did it did not end well. They only held ground where the forces were not around. Their only goal was harassment and to survive until the US left. They did not win militarily but as general Giáp of Vietnam pointed out after his critics stated he never beat the US militarily. He said very true but the US is no longer here now so that does not matter. In the same way the Taliban can say the same thing. each conflict post Korea gets less and less bloody when you adjust for time and scale of conflict . This was our least bloody conflict since the Philippine insurrection
