I loved the movie bc we got so much Ladynoir content and it was beautiful. 😍 My favorite song was Stronger Together, even though the ending of that scene with the song broke my heart. 💔 Even though the movie was great and gave Ladynoir shippers what they’ve always wanted, there were some things in the movie that didn’t make sense, and things that were missing from the movie that was in the show. 1. In the beginning of the movie, there’s a scene where Marinette is outside the school, and Chloe chases after her when she runs away bc she wants to torment her some more. For some inexplicable reason, it’s nighttime. It seems like they just got out of school during this scene, but why would middle schoolers (or high schoolers, I’m really confused about their grade) be leaving school on the first day at nighttime?? It just makes no sense to me. 2. In the Courage In Me song, Marinette says “It’s so dark, not a star in the sky” and “I will soar through the sky… tonight”. Yet, the events that unfold just before the song and after were during the daytime. It’s literally a bright sunny day at the fair, so why did they make it seem like it’s nighttime in the song?? 3. At the end of the movie, it’s revealed to everyone that Gabriel was Hawk Moth. Additionally, everyone saw Gabriel hug Cat Noir, so I’m pretty sure everyone knows Cat Noir is Adrien too. Also, I’m pretty sure everyone saw Hawk Moth fighting Marinette and taking her miraculous, so I’m pretty sure everyone knows she’s Ladybug too. Basically, their superhero identities r no longer secret. So literally anyone could take their miraculous from them since they know who they really r. Gabriel could literally take Adrien’s miraculous from him behind his back since he knows he’s Cat Noir, or Marinette’s since he knows she’s Ladybug, so he doesn’t really need Natalie to be the next villain. 4. I was bummed out that Ladybug never used a lucky charm in the movie. That was like her main technique to win every battle in the show, so I was surprised that they didn’t include it in the movie. 5. There wasn’t enough Adrienette content in the movie, which would’ve been nice to see since Marinette wasn’t super awkward or creepy in this movie, even though I’m a Ladynoir shipper. I might be a Ladynoir shipper, but Adrienette can also be really cute. ALL of these things I can forgive bc the movie was still really great, and the animation was absolutely beautiful and the songs were really good. However, the one thing I CAN’T forgive is that INFURIATING ENDING!! 😫😫😫😤😤😤 Us Ladynoir shippers have been waiting for a real Ladynoir kiss (where they both remember it) for SO LONG! 😭😭😭 And instead of FINALLY letting us see that long-awaited kiss, they cut it off RIGHT BEFORE their lips touch?!?! 😩😩😭😭 THAT IS JUST SO MEAN AND CRUEL! 😡 Not to mention they had it zoomed out at the end; I wanted to see a closeup of them finally kissing BUT NO. 😤😤😤 I really think the Miraculous writers and creators are trying to torture us Ladynoir shippers, bc that movie ending was just so unfair.
