This is very nostalgic for my brother and I. We grew up playing Mario Kart 64! This is a custom track distribution, but it's MK64. All of the tracks, cups, are from MK64, all the music and the karts are all from MK64. This is one of my favorite packs I uploaded, because of how nostalgic this was! I haven't heard some of these songs since I was a kid. I hope everyone likes it as much as we do!

Guys, we added some sound effects to make the video come together; Like Mario's voice in the title, and the spinning nintendo intro after the riivo. Forgot to mention that.

Looks beautiful!! I’ll always prefer the snaking aspect of boosting, wasn’t a big fan of how the wii changed it.. but hey, maybe it’s better for both methods to exist.

Played the mod today on my Wii. Works Great! such a Nice pack! Only question i have (since it's the first time i used a mod trough riivolution), is there any danger of the Original disc being scratched when using Riivolution?

+ you could only be able to get super mini turbos, and you couldn’t play tracks with anti gravity (also 1 item)

Because of the track at 8:12 , everybody needs to pick up this pack day1 because it has the fastest version of Wario Stadium and 1 of the best, it also has that track that is really broken and gets one be stuck in trees.

In Mario Kart Wii, there are 32 tracks in total. This was a pack I recorded called Revo Kart 64. If you don't know, Mario Kart 64 had 16 tracks in total. The creator of the pack wanted to add classic tracks. This distribution is about what if Mario Kart 64 was in Mario Kart Wii, and if Mario Kart 64 came out with the 32 track layout, then it would've had retros.

Rainbow Road loses the ability to fly tho. on MK64 you can jump off the hills and soar down. Same with the red and green shells the can fly off the hills and stay in the air like rockets

GUYS HELP So, there was this one video by Swordofseals, I think, and it was CTGP-R Mario Kart 64 in Mario Kart Wii. Does anyone know where I can find that now? I've been trying to find it for awhile now.

Is there a way you could provide either a full ISO with the mod included or an ISO patcher? I managed to get this working somehow by ripping open the ISO and replacing files but custom music does not work for most tracks (._.)

From what I understand, this is a riivolution distribution. I can ask Cuber to make a ISO version of this pack. (Sorry, I'm not very knowledgeable with ISO Patchers). I use wiiscrubber still lmao.

The game doesn’t work. It shows the list on Riivolution to enable and disable, but then it takes me into Mario Kart Wii instead. It would be nice if there was a tutorial on how to do this properly, but I guess not.

These same steps can be used to create an iso for any Riivolution mod that can be played on Dolphin (or on the Wii without Riivolution). 1. Download Revo Kart 64 and extract the files: drive.google.com/file/d/12Xiu28jJ152UIIQWsyS44y7VKuuukTFl 2. Install wit by Wiimm onto your computer : wit.wiimm.de/download.html#vers-v3.02a 3. Restart your computer after installing wit 4. Create a copy of your Mario Kart Wii iso 5. Open command prompt (if using Windows) and navigate to the same path that has your iso file 6. Execute the following command: wit extract "iso file name" "destination path" Example: wit extract "Mario Kart Wii.iso" "D:\Mario Kart Wii" 7. Navigate to the RMC64 folder in the extracted Revo Kart 64 folder 8. Copy the files in each subfolder in the RMC64 folder to the destination folder in the following way (replace any files if asked): Course -> DATA\files\Race\Kart item -> DATA\files\Scene\UI Kart -> DATA\files\Race\Kart rel\(iso region)\StaticR.rel -> DATA\files el rel\(iso region)\main.dol -> DATA\sys sound\(files besides revo_kart.brsar) -> DATA\files\sound\strm sound evo_kart.brsar -> DATA\files\sound strap -> DATA\files\Boot\Strap\(iso region - only replace any files that are present) UI -> DATA\files\Scene\UI 9. Execute the following command to rebuild your iso: wit copy "destination path" "new iso file name" --id NEWID6 Example: wit copy "D:\Mario Kart Wii" "Mario Kart Wii 64.iso" --id NEWID6 Note: You may choose to copy over fewer files in step 8, depending on the mods you want to use (see 0:01). I assumed that you'd want everything. Check the XML file corresponding to your iso file's region in the riivolution folder to see which mods should be bundled together. Also, adding --id NEWID6 creates a new ID for the iso that's different from the original ID. This should allow you to have separate save files on the Wii relative to other Mario Kart Wii isos.

It's because the track is using the DK Summit slot. (hence the snow effect!)

The persons in Mario Kart Wii laugh and screams excess, it's become annoying to play. Mario Kart 64 is a perfection in music soundtracks and persons voices, is really funny all the time. MK 64 is a classic that needs be remastered but with 100% game mechanics kept, only the graphics enhanced. ( Sorry about my english mistakes )
