@@atroll4160Tough to say, what i will say is Nintendo has always been best for in house entertainment. Many PS and Xbox games require you to get online with friends from your own homes. Nintendo still has the best in house games in my opinion.

My little 9 year old self saw this game in the basement at my grandpas house and I immediately fell in love with this game I loved this Mario kart ever since I played it for the first time on my grandparents’ Nintendo 64, every time I go to my dads when he used to live with them, I would always play this with him sometimes. Here now 19 years old turning 20 in September is incredible of how nostalgic this is. The best part is that I now own my own N64 with Mario Kart 64 so I won’t have to worry about never playing this game again with friends and such.

We just bought our kids a Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart for Christmas and I immediately thought of this game. I was in my late teens when I played this, but I was obsessed for a few years! The quality of the sound in this game made it so much more fun. The way the character's yells pan and fade as you hit them with a shell and they fly above and behind you. Wario and Toad had the funniest yells too 8). 27:35

Oh, I used to have so much fun playin' this game. One of my favorites from this system. I used to love flingin' them lil' bananas at foo's. I would always used Toad and Yoshi. They were hella fast. Toad's scream just cracks me up.

Fun Fact: According to A+ Start, the character models & tree models are all 2D sprites, even that Luigi Hot Air Balloon was a 2D sprite, but would turn into a 3D sprite if you got closer to it in Luigi Circuit. Some of you guys might already know this, but I didn’t notice it at first.

RAINBOW ROAD: THE BEST TRACK IN THE ENTIRE GAME!! I WOULD LITERALLY LOSE ON PURPOSE JUST TO DO IT AGAIN. I SWEAR THE EFFECTS, THE COLOR, THE MUSIC. JUST BRINGS NOSTALGIA TO MY BRAIN AND TEARS TO MY EYES!!

When I think back, the older the Mario kart, the harder it was. Probably the same with most games, but it’s so much easier now and it hits when I watch these videos on my nostalgia days.

Nostalgia. I'm 27, and this games gives fond memories. My favorite Mario Kart, and I still have the cartridge and beaten it 100%, too. Despite the stupid rubberband AI, this game is very fun. Nintendo don't make games like that anymore.
