Mario Kart DONKEY KONG RC GoKart - LIPO Conversion Hobby Grade Mods

So I got given this cool Mario Kart Donkey Kong RC GoKart but unfortunately it did not work. I decided to hack it with a hobby grade ESC and steering servo for a bit of lipo powered fun :)

Nicely done :) ! It is a good idea that you used cable ties for servo mounting instead of gluing. If the servo breaks you can easy replace it. I like your idea of cutting up holes for air cooling the esc. One more thing you should do is gluing 2 pieces of grid on each side on the inside. That way you still get the air for cooling and you also get more protection for the esc from small stones and other junk. Just a tip. I have order the Mario Kart and he is going brushless :). Thank you for a good video with great ideas ;).

The stock setup isn't too bad. Yours is a bit faster for sure. I only ran mine a few times. I have it as a showpiece now lol
