@@saidzilla226 Wrong, and I think you didn't understand what Congo was saying. He's referring to the finishing move Giant Bowser uses in this game. Giant Bowser didn't have one in the remake, once the enemy HP reached zero, that was it. In the remake, the HP bar would reach almost zero, and than Bowser would have a "Finishing Move" move, similar to what Giant Luigi had in Dream Team (aka Finishing Bros.). Giant Luigi had it first as Dream Team came out before the remake of Bowser's Inside Story. Edit: Ooops, meant to say, "Giant Bowser didn't have one in the original, once the enemy HP reached zero, that was it."

I would still call this a no damage run because he dodges every other attack. The laser attack plus black hole showdown was scripted to be unavoidable damage, its not his fault.

Betty Brown Well, in the original game, in the ending, Peach and the groups of Toads got her castle fixed and just the way it is. So I don’t think there’s going to be much of a major difference from Peach’s emotions in the remake.

As much as I'd like a PIT remake too, it probably won't happen, since it sold much worse and had much more negative feedback than BIS. This is probably why they skipped it and went straight for a BIS remake instead.

They were likely tasked with making them feel as close to the original as possible. Which meant yeah, not as great as Dream Team, but with useful improvements over the original 3!!! :3

It's cause the sound effects dont quite sound as... impactful as in the original. If the sound effects were louder and sounded more like a hit from a giant, it would feel the same as the original

I mean... the Giant fights here were the predecessor of the ones seen in Dream Team (Bros.), so... of course they’d be lower quality, even in a remake! They tried their best to recreate the same general feel of the fights while not making them feel like carbon copes, as seen with the finishing “Spining Slide” move.
