I'm not sure what's funnier: 1. Bowser doing his little 'circus act' by juggling the mini-stars 2. Bowser Jr. talking about at generic location and Bowser gives a much more detailed description ("Spooky-castle stage? The one filled with terrible ghosts and worse decorating? That's Boo's Haunted Castle!") 3. The cutscene for Bowser Station. "THAT MEANTS THEY'RE COMING HERE!"

Mario Party 9 isn’t that bad, maybe the whole car concept. But the minigames and the bosses weren’t that bad. The whole car thing should have just been a separate (optional) mode, and they could have kept the traditional Mario Party Style.

I remember playing solo with my sister and we would get mad every time we lost and had to start over again, but when we beat it we yelled in excitement so loud the whole house echoed.

this game despite having a bad reputation, really gives that childhood vibe due to how popular mario party 9 videos were back then makes you think about the newer mario games that tries hard as they can (which don’t really focus on gradients in exchange for better gameplay)

Compared to the older games and the newer games. It was complete luck with this game, whether Kamik or shy guy won the stage, because with the game being dependent on what the last person rolled defeated any semblance of strategy. I’m conflicted on where to put the game because after looking at the older and newer Mario party games for the switch, and for the previous systems, the games are a lot better than this one, but this game introduced me to the Maria party series to begin with. The mini games were also good in this game.

Every before playing the stage Bowser's reaction in a nutshell, Toad Road: Like they can beat the first stage. Bob-omb Factory: Like they can beat the second stage. Boo's Horror Castle: Okay, They can't beat this stage since it's literally Luigi's Mansion. Blooper Beach: Alright, I can't let them ruin my vacation with my son Jr., I'll give them a kraken and a giant fish to deal with. Magma Mine: I'm getting piss like I'm going to erupt like a volcano. Bowser Station: Enough is enough, I'm going I should finish you right from the start!
